Count Me In is a community initiative established to promote wellness within Erie’s most challenged neighborhood by addressing social factors.

Hamot Health Foundation is pleased to support Parkinson Partners of Northwestern Pennsylvania, an Erie-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their families with support, education, programs, services, and referrals.

Hamot Health Foundation has been awarded a grant in excess of $330,000 through the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP).
