This Erie Gives Day, HHF is promoting the work and importance of the Street Outreach Team - meeting the health needs of Erie's most vulnerable population where they are.

Presented by Welders Supply Company. The Kahkwa Club is the site of HHF's signature golf outing to support the SLM Breast Cancer Fund - helping families financially burdened by the fight with breast cancer. Each foursome includes lunch, gifts for all players, use of the locker room, and open bar and dinner for each player. The color for this year’s HHF Open will be PINK!

Remote Area Medical clinic is coming to Erie to provide free, quality healthcare to those in need. Dental, Vision, and Medical Support Available.

Presented by Erie Strayer Company. A one-mile walk/run on an actual landing strip at the airport, allowing families to get a close-up look at airplanes and other airport vehicles - all while supporting HHF's Children's Care Fund.

Presented by UPMC Health Plan and UPMC Hamot. An event honoring the life of local teenager Anna Clare Markiewicz in support of HHF's Children's Care Fund and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
