Tribute Gift

Giving a tribute gift is an incredible way to honor someone who has touched your life or the life of a loved one.

Memorial gifts

Memorial gifts are given in fond remembrance of those we have lost. When you make a gift to Hamot Health Foundation in memory of someone, we can send a letter to a person or family that you designate in order to notify them of your gift (keeping the amount confidential).

Honor gifts

Honor gifts are given to acknowledge special people (e.g. family, friend, colleague, etc.) or life events (e.g. milestone achievement, arrival of a new baby, etc.). When you make a gift to Hamot Health Foundation in honor of someone, we can send a letter to this person to notify them of your gift (keeping the amount confidential). If you would like to make a gift in honor of a doctor, nurse, or other health care professional at UPMC Hamot, you may do so through our Guardian Angel program.
