Community Promise Grants

Hamot Health Foundation is excited to announce the return of our Community Promise Grants!

In 2021, we will award a total of $250,000 in community grants as part of our promise to lead the way to better health in the Erie region. Any organization is welcome to apply; however, priority will be given to 501(c)3 nonprofit entities.

Proposals should demonstrate solutions designed to improve health and/or increase self-sufficiency in Erie County, and should align with at least one of Hamot Health Foundation’s four areas of focus:

Clinical Excellence
Community Health
Continuing Education
Cutting-Edge Research

Get your applications ready as they must be submitted by 5 p.m. on June 30, 2021.
