Community Promise Grants

The 7th Annual Gala on Jan. 6 went by in a flash, but one piece of it will continue to make a lasting impact on our community.

At the Gala, we were pleased to announce the availability of up to ten $21,000 community grants as part of our promise to advance health in Erie County. We’re calling them our Community Promise Grants, and any organization with a great idea is welcome to apply before Feb. 28. Priority will be given to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, but others may apply as well.

Grant proposals must address one or more areas of need in Erie County identified through the Erie Vital Signs indicators, and projects must demonstrate how they will create long-term solutions to improve community health or increase self-sufficiency in Erie County.
