Brighten the Night Tree Lighting

The beloved holiday tradition continues. For the 15th year, an evergreen tree will be placed on the front lawn of UPMC Hamot and filled with lights and ornaments to brighten the hospital throughout the holidays.

This year proceeds from Brighten the Night will support the Patient Outreach Fund, providing direct help for our patients and families during their care. From transportation and lodging to meals and medical needs, this fund eases burdens and offers peace of mind during our neighbor’s most difficult moments.

We invite you to dedicate a light in honor or memory of someone who has touched your life. You may also choose to recognize an essential caregiver who has walked beside you and your family during a difficult time. Brighten the Night is a special opportunity to honor their compassion and care.
