United Charities Wish Tree

Every holiday season, our United Charities committee organizes a Wish Tree for employees to request Christmas presents for their young children that they might otherwise not be able to afford. Fellow employees then choose a family and purchase some of the requested presents in time for the holidays.

The United Charities fund at Hamot Health Foundation also gave an additional $25 Walmart gift card to help make the holidays a little more joyful.

In a season that can be so busy, we are very proud of the employees who gave of their time and money to help other families this year. Lending a helping hand — in big and little ways — is, after all, what Hamot Health Foundation is all about.
