Brighten the Night

As the holidays approach, the importance of friends and family shines even brighter as we gather, reminisce, and celebrate with one another.

But these special days can hurt the most when they remind us of missing loved ones.

Hamot Health Foundation and Great Lakes Hospice will again host Brighten the Night to honor those loved ones with a tree-lighting ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 6, at 5:30 p.m. in the main lobby of UPMC Hamot. Over the last seven years, Brighten the Night has raised both funds and awareness for Great Lakes Hospice and quality end-of-life care in our community.

Your donations enable our team to provide expert care and a complete range of services to more than 400 terminally ill patients and their families each year.

We are accepting donations through Dec. 31.
