7th Annual Gala Honors The Erie Community Foundation
More than 500 guests attended the 7th Annual Hamot Health Foundation Gala on Jan. 6 at the Bayfront Convention Center.
The theme of the evening was, “To The Nines” — not just because of the evening’s black tie attire and elegant décor, but also because UPMC Hamot was recently ranked the ninth best hospital by U.S. News and World Report. “To The Nines” means “To the highest degree,” and at UPMC Hamot, we always strive to do our work to the nines in order to provide the region’s best care for you and your loved ones.
During the event’s program, we were proud to honor The Erie Community Foundation for their tremendous support, and also to recognize Jim Fiorenzo for his 42 years of service to UPMC Hamot. The program also included the following video that features several individuals who have been personally impacted by Hamot Health Foundation in the last year or two. As the year continues, we plan to share these individuals’ stories in greater detail, so that you can really get a feel for the impact that philanthropy is having here in Erie.
