Runway Fun Run: New Event Landing in Erie

Erie’s first-ever Runway Fun Run is cleared for landing!

On Saturday, October 4, from 8 to 10 a.m., Hamot Health Foundation, alongside presenting sponsor Erie Strayer Company, invites families to walk or run a one-mile course on the runway at North Coast Air, located at Erie International Airport.

Whether walking or running, every step helps local kids. This event supports the HHF’s Children’s Care Fund, which helps families facing the challenges of pediatric illness–like medical costs, travel expenses, and more. Participants will also experience a unique behind-the-scenes view of airplanes and airport vehicles.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and under.

Whether you’re lacing up for the full mile, taking a leisurely stroll, or cheering from the sidelines, this special event offers a fun way to support children and families right here in Erie. Join us on the tarmac!
