Founded in memory of Sandra Lynn Martin and powered by the generosity of our community, this fund helps local patients at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center manage the everyday costs of cancer treatment – from co-pays and prescriptions to utility bills and transportation.
Because of caring donors like you, patients have received help keeping the lights on, staying in their homes, and affording the medications that keep them well enough to continue their fight. Your generosity not only relieves the growing pressures surrounding a diagnosis but also brings moments of comfort, relief, and hope when they are needed most.
Since 2021, the SLM Fund has provided nearly $200,000 in direct support to more than 250 local patients, and we are just getting started.
