This year's Runway Fun Run returned bigger and better than ever.
Presented by Kyle and Lally Strayer, Runway Fun Run welcomed 304 participants to the runway and added a brand-new way to join the fun: the event’s first-ever 5K.
- 38 runners took on the new 5K course
- 266 joined the traditional Fun Run
- At the finish line, young participants received their very own pilot’s captain hats.
But the runners weren’t the only ones making an entrance. After the race, attendees watched as a skydiver descended onto the runway, adding one more memorable moment to a morning already full of them.
This year’s event raised nearly $16,000 for the Children’s Care Fund.
