Celebrating Partnerships That Make a Difference

We may not work side by side every day and our missions may be different, but our shared commitment to improving equity, health, opportunity, and well-being in Erie connects us. Through working together, we often find more opportunities to cement our strategies, reach our goals, and generate a bigger impact.

We are grateful for these partnerships and were honored to recognize them:

  • Mental Health Association of NWPA & the Erie Blue Coats – selected as the Rising Partner Champions for demonstrating strong potential, momentum, and innovation
  • The Erie Center for Arts & Technology (ECAT) & Erie County Community College (EC3) – selected as the Workforce Readiness and Opportunity Champions for preparing individuals for meaningful and sustainable careers
  • Voices for Independence & Primary Health Network – Wayne Primary Care – selected as the Bridge Builder Champions for helping individuals navigate healthcare, social services, and other complex systems
  • Child Development Centers & Early Connections – selected as the Strong Start, Bright Futures Champions for supporting children, youth, and families through early learning and development initiatives
  • SERVERIE & the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWPA – selected as the Foundations for Healthy Communities Champions for advancing housing stability, food security, transportation access, safety, infrastructure, or cultural vitality

We extend our gratitude and congratulations to these inspiring organizations, whose work is helping create a healthier community, strengthening support systems, and opening doors to new opportunities across the region.

“This event was created to not only recognize the achievements of individual champions, but also to honor the power of partnership itself. Lasting change does not happen alone, and collaborating with these organizations makes them much more than partners – we consider them friends."

— Boo Hagerty, President of HHF
