ECAT Art Show Sculpture

It’s been a milestone-filled few weeks at the Erie Center for Arts & Technology.

Creativity was on display, major accomplishments were celebrated, and new opportunities lie just ahead for youth this summer.

On May 13, ECAT’s annual Teen Art Show filled the Ada Lawrence room with color and energy, drawing a strong crowd and introducing many first-time visitors to the students’ work.

From bold, expressive pieces to carefully refined techniques, the show reflected months of dedication. Students were met with overwhelming encouragement, a powerful reminder that their voices and talents are seen, valued, and celebrated.

ECAT Student Graduate Gathering

On May 16, we celebrated the graduation of 42 adult learners ready to take the next step in their careers.

Each graduate leaves ECAT with in-demand skills, industry-recognized credentials, and a clear path toward stable, meaningful employment.

And the momentum continues into summer.

ECAT is excited to launch its new Youth Construction Camp, taking place June 22–26.

Designed for students entering grades 5 through 8, this hands-on camp invites young builders to roll up their sleeves and get to work, creating projects like birdhouses, candy dispensers, and raised garden beds using real tools and materials. Flexible scheduling allows families to sign up for a single day or the full week.
