Postponed HHF Events

To our friends and supporters,

Hamot Health Foundation and UPMC Hamot share in your concern regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We see it as our responsibility to take definitive and timely action. Our aim is set on ensuring the well-being, health, and safety of all involved.

Although there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Erie region, we are taking precautionary measures as recommended by local, state, and national health care organizations. As a result, we will be postponing all Hamot Health Foundation events scheduled through the end of April.

Postponed events include:

• UPMC Hamot Doctors’ Day Celebration
• Designer Purse Bingo
• Collective Goods Lobby Sale
• UPMC Hamot Aid Society Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon
• Count Me In Resource Fair
• Seeds of Hope Event (moved to Oct. 21, 2020)
• Hamot Strong Fundraising Event (moved to Sept. 18, 2020)

Additionally, beginning Monday, March 16, our team will begin to work remotely from home indefinitely.

We will be checking our voicemails regularly and we will continue to be available as usual by email. There will be no disruption to our day-to-day operations.

The BOB FM Radio-a-Thon is taking place on June 24.
